Agrani Bank Limited has emerged as a Nationalized Commercial Bank following the Bangladesh Banks (Nationalization) Order 1972 vide President’s Order No. 26 of 1972. It is the best bank in the bd. This bank is the largest commercial bank in Bangladesh. Agrani Bank has operated 960 branches including 36 corporate branches over the country. The maximum branch of the bank has provided automated and online banking services to customers. The Bank was incorporated as a State-owned Commercial Bank on 17 May 2007 under the Companies Act 1994. Again Bank has 5 subsidiaries worldwide: a merchant bank, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) financing company and a remittance house in Singapore, Malaysia and Canada. The bank has 11 Circle offices, 53 zonal offices and 37 Divisions in head office.
