Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). It is a unique public university established in 2008 with the motto “Excellence Through Knowledge” providing high quality education to both civil and military students. The University provides a tranquil, pollution free, secured campus life and above all, an uninterrupted and congenial academic atmosphere. Besides its fifty-six well reputed affiliated colleges/institutes, the university has six faculties namely Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FSSS), Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), Faculty of Science & Technology (FST), Faculty of Medical Studies (FMS) and Faculty of Business and Social Science (FBSS). Moreover, MPhil and Doctoral programmes are continuing under the Centre for Higher Studies and Research (CHSR) along with various language courses under the Centre for Modern Languages (CML).

BUP sincerely endeavours to help students attain optimum knowledge, skills and abilities by growing in them an inquisitive mindset, self-discipline, and interpersonal skills. BUP puts emphasis on nurturing its graduates into socially responsible and virtuous human beings. BUP is resolutely continuing its academic activities amid this global pandemic which has been possible for the relentless efforts of our faculty members and students. BUP has introduced a time viable global platform Comprehensive Learning Management System (CLMS) to conduct classes, exams, results and so on.
