Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Dhaka has stared it mission in Bangladesh since 1973. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties between the Republic of Korea and Bangladesh in 1973,South Korean Embassy has been playing important rule to maintain diplomatic relation between Bangladesh and South Korean. This mission has been working to provide various services to citizen of the both country. They have been providing visa services for Student, Businessman, artist and others professionals. The Mission always try with their best to ensure citizen service Nagorik Seba(citizen service) for the both country.

South Korea have been enhancing our cooperation in various fields, such as politics, economy, culture, development cooperation and human exchange. Additionally, more than 150 Korean companies are present in Bangladesh, making the Republic of Korea the largest investor in Bangladesh's garment sector. Their investments in recent years have been diversified into infrastructure, energy and consumer goods, which I am positive would lead to further development of our bilateral cooperation.

The staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea will continue our efforts to strengthen Korea-Bangladesh friendship and expand cooperation into diverse areas. We will also make our best endeavor to help and protect Korean citizens residing in, or visiting Bangladesh.
