Requirement of Maple Leaf International School

In order to apply, perspective parents must collect prescribed Admission Form from the MLIS Admission Office according to the following schedule:

1. January – December Session: 1st October (Time: 8:00 am-1:00 pm)
2. July—June Session: 1st April (Time: 8:00 am- 1:00 pm)
3. Interview with applicants and parents.
4. The following documents must be completed and submitted to MLIS Admission Office after the interview:

1. A completed Admission Form
2. A complete set of academic transcripts or report cards from the previous school(s) if any.
3. A copy of the Birth Certificate
4. Student’s passport size photograph(s)
5. Parents’ passport size photograph(s)
6. Payment of Admission Fee. This can be paid in the Accounts Section of the Admission Office.
7. Admission procedure has to be completed within a deadline (or on a seat-available basis)
